Notes can now be used as bookmarks, and the note preview in the note list view displays an external link icon.

We got more updates, tweaks, and fixes to the minimalist notes app. Some things to note:

▪️ Dark theme added to shared notes
▪️ Fixed padding and alignment issues
▪️ Removed a design element that confused people on mobile

Next up is adding collaboration to invite people to edit notes with you. That will be a massive update!

The site officially has light and dark modes based on the device's preference. Even the hero image changes to show the notes app in dark mode. I used the same code I published in this article in 2019, and it worked perfectly: https://www.coywolf.news/webdev/dark-mode/
